My work-related web page is at Microsoft Research in Silicon Valley.

I have placed here a copy of my Romanian guide to admission to a Ph.D. in American Universities. I haven't done much to update it lately, I am afraid.

I use an ancient and ugly program that I wrote in Perl to generate picture galleries. It is open-source, but it relies on imagemagick. (There is just one Perl source file.)

Perhaps more relevant is, or will become, my new blog. (I dislike the word "blog", but I have no choice.) It does not contain much at this point, but check out my new interviews with Chuck Thacker, and with Leslie Lamport.
